Concentration in Cognitive Neuroscience
For students with an interest in both biology and psychology, a joint program between the Department of Biological Sciences and the Psychology Department combines selected coursework for a special emphasis in cognitive neuroscience.
There are three ways to earn the concentration in cognitive neuroscience:
- major in biology with a specialized minor in psychology,
- major in psychology with a specialized minor in biology, or
- double major in both biology and psychology.
This specialized training opens the door for many options for graduate training in medicine, counseling, psychology and social work.
